As soon as your package has been fulfilled and shipped, the tracking information for your package will be sent to you via e-mail. Please note that the processing time for paid orders is 1-3 business days. The processing time is the time between when your order is placed and when your order is fulfilled by our warehouse. The processing time is to be added on top of the delivery time.
During big sales and holiday periods, the processing time is usually longer. During these busy periods, it can then take up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped. Please read the following important information regarding tracking:
It might take up to 72 hours for your tracking link to be activated. Don’t worry! Your package is on its way and the tracking link will be updated soon with more information. Please check your tracking link regularly.
We recommend adding your phone number at the checkout to receive updates directly to your phone. Should there be any issues with the delivery of your package, the carrier will use your phone number to contact you.
Tracking link will show you an estimated delivery date and information about the delivery status. Should you need to contact the carrier directly in case of any issues with delivery, please go to the “status” section and scroll all the way down to find the carrier’s tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you will be automatically directed to the carrier’s website, where you will find further tracking information as well as the contact information for the carrier.
Please note that we do not have any influence on the local delivery process and, in case of any issues with the delivery of your package, the carrier must be contacted directly.
The estimated delivery time is in business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Please keep in mind that during Black Friday and holiday periods, carriers are facing delays internationally. Please allow a few more days for your package to be delivered.
